Herzlich Willkommen auf meiner Webseite! Über mich
German English translator Germany Übersetzer Deutsch Englisch Deutschland Übersetzerin Alexandra Cox Dr. Paul Wolff Tritschler
What I do As a translator from both French and German, I bring along the expertise of a native English speaker and qualified linguist and writer who is passionate about creative writing and art.
As you’re browsing this website you’ll probably notice two very large publications on my extensive list: Eyes Wide Open! 100 Years of Leica Photography and Dr. Paul Wolff & Tritschler. Light and Shadow – Photographs from 1920 to 1950.
Those two are joined by numerous museum catalogues – on permanent and temporary exhibitions alike –, festival magazines (I have a longstanding working partnership with Internationale Photoszene Köln), and academic writing (example: The Golden Network).

The aim behind this website is to show you some samples of my published translation work, tell you a little bit about me, and allow you to get in touch. It’s basically a giant virtual showcase, containing dozens (if not hundreds…) of pages. As I hope you’ll find out!
